ApplyZap is a Chrome browser extension that helps automate the job application process on LinkedIn. The Extension fills out job application forms using information you provide and can submit applications on your behalf.

• Use the Extension in compliance with LinkedIn's Terms of Service
• Not use the Extension for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes

4. Account and Subscription

Free Plan: The free version of ApplyZap includes limited features as described on our website.

Pro Plan: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

5. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, and content, is owned by ApplyZap and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Extension.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Extension will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Applications will be successfully submitted or lead to job offers
• The Extension will be compatible with all LinkedIn features or updates

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyZap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities.

8. Third-Party Services

ApplyZap interacts with LinkedIn, a third-party service. We are not affiliated with LinkedIn and are not responsible for any changes to LinkedIn's platform that may affect the Extension's functionality.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
